I dealt mainly with the customer and tech support! This job I did drive my car very long distances. However, I enjoyed doing this job I mainly went into the customers home and repaired their Television! I enjoyed all aspects of my job! I learned how to install and uninstall circuit boards!

Follow up work orders to service calls. I've learned a lot from customer service to complicated repairs. Management needs more honesty, no matter what. Co-workers like robots, just try to get job done in hope of being paid. Hardest part about this job uncertain pay and pay dates. I enjoyed the learning/training of flat panels repairing.
This was probably posted by someone in the company. Please if you are considering working for these people, don't. They dont pay their field techs with any kind of regularity and often, if the amount is large enough, not at all
