Effective and Fun with Ping Pong table
Project Lead (Current Employee), Collierville, TNMay 8, 2014
A typical day will start a call with offshore in early morning. Get ready for office, drive to office, attend meeting in first half of a day, lunch, technical work in second half of a day, drive to home, take rest for 1-2 hours, answer offshore calls till midnight and go to sleep.
Good to learn many technologies.
Management is good.
The hardest part – more... of the job - support on weekend.
The most enjoyable part of the job - Nice co workers. – less

Productive and Competitive work place with new challenges every day
Business Analyst, QA and SME (Former Employee), Louisville, KYFebruary 11, 2014
Pros: birthday celebrations, pot lucks, donuts and snacks by manager
Cons: time bound work so work pressure, long hr meetings
My typical day would start at 8 am and end at 5 pm with early morning meetings including scrum updates every day to managers.
Defect Management, test cases, sql queries, weekly and daily updates in meetings, test results, were a part of day to day work.
managing offshore development team and communicating with them in a different time zone.
Co workers – more... were nice and cooperative and some of them were tough to get along with too. Had been dealing with both types.
Information gathering from stake holders was a challenging part of the job. – less
