It was a good job, I was able to work on many types of equipment.

I work in maintance. We get very little support from management/supervision. This my first maintance experience (mostly construction before this). I didn't expect all the backstabbing and fingerpointing that goes on. Management talks a good game but doesn't follow through on safety or training. Little or no team work. Everyone is tries to make themselves – more...  look good and if they can't look good they try to make others look bad. – less
