boring, menial work. not bad option for moonlighting cops
Security Guard (Former Employee) – New York, NY – June 14, 2017
This position, like many security jobs, no longer exists and is very precarious in nature. The job itself is mindless and easy, but I was uncomfortable with the lack of consideration given to protect the environment. The job was primarily to move a blocking vehicle back and forth, with the engine running for the entire shift.
Sr Accountant - Executive Protection Division (Former Employee) – New York, NY – October 15, 2012
A typical day at T&M work is a steady work flow. You are fully aware of whats required and the timeline. I can not truly say that Ive learned anything new, but I have learned a better way of approaching and completing assignments. The office is very cramped, therefore the environment can be disruptive at times. The hardest part of my job is fitting in adhoc assignments with time restraignts on an already tight schedule. I enjoy knowing what is required of me and being able to meet the goals set for my posittion.
flexibility in terms of working from another location
Sr. Accountant - Executive Protection Division (Current Employee) – New York, NY – June 20, 2012
This has been one of the best companies I've ever worked for in my career even through a painful departmental transition all panned out well. Although it is not easy to determine there is a definite culture within this company. I work with the finance group which is typically conservative, however the majority here are retired or ex-law enforcement when makes HQ complex in determining whether it’s a blue or white collar. The industry itself is definitely blue collar. I thoroughly enjoy a day’s work at T&M. Accounting is a monotonous job so there is not much excitement on the daily basis. You just have to love what you do. My working environment is cohesive. Our new management is hands on, but flexible and a pleasure to work with. The most difficult part of my job is commuting 4 hours a day.
