Executive Assistant to CEO/President, CFO and VP Executive, as well as providing support to the Board of Directors as needed.
- Manage day-to-day office operations.
- Prepare complex proposals and correspondence.
- Assist with event planning and preparation.
- Manage calendars, travel and meetings.
- Manage assigned project tasks and deadlines.
- Establish and maintain internal and external relationships essential to the position.
- Must be proficient in the entire Microsoft Suite.
- Must work well under pressure.
Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (overtime will be needed at times)
