Location: Fayetteville Arkansas in the Legacy Building behind Dickson street.
The owners of Table Mesa hale from Seattle WA. and have brought an urban boutique style bistro to the area - "Table Mesa" which has been very successful for over four years running.
Table Mesa is growing and has locations in downtown Bentonville, Joplin MO. and now coming to Fayetteville. In addition to Table Mesa there is Tavola Trattoria an upscale Italian eatery in downtown Bentonville.

The management team will oversee the restaurant operations and work with the owners to collaborate on ideas, systems and grow beyond.
The manager is accountable for all operating costs, food, beverage, labor, supplies, building sales and understands what it takes to be profitable. The candidate understands a P&L and is a problem solver. The manager is personally responsible to train and develop FOH and BOH team in accordance with the company's standards and goals.
We run successful businesses, we are clean, we use RSI controls, we build sales and we build futures. This is a tough position.
We will only interview candidates that have the following:
- Been a GM or solid manager in a successful upscale fullservice restaurant environment for at least 2 years.
- A humble attitude along with strong knowledge of the food & wine in several cultures.
