We’re looking for a Human Resource Specialist to join our TECT Power team in Cleveland, OH. This position will manage hourly and salaried staffing, recruiting, and payroll and the plant seniority system per labor agreements. The HR Specialist will also administer performance reviews and compensation programs, the perfect attendance program, the TECT tuition refund program, and the bargaining unit employee uniform program. Responsibilities also include benefits enrollment, 401K programs, healthcare reimbursements, vacation eligibility, and employee relations activities (retirement and holiday parties, employee recognition and service award programs). Knowledge of employment laws is required for the implementation of labor agreements as well as assisting supervisors with interpretation and enforcement of labor agreement provisions. Other duties as required or assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education - A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required in a related field.

Experience - Experience as a Human Resource Generalist in a manufacturing setting is preferred. Labor relations experience is preferred with SHRM certification a plus.
