Job Duties:
*Coordinate integrated activities within the Production Control & Supplier Management departments to support both existing programs and new project start ups.
*Provide leadership and direction to all team members within the department. Provide upper management with departmental progress and status reports.
*Analyze inventory levels and strive to reduce through continuous improvement.
*Responsible for assisting and identifying potential problems or abnormal conditions and establishing countermeasures to resolve.
*Training, development of Standard Work Instructions and support implementation of J.D. Edwards computer system and scanning system.
*Develop, maintain and audit all required Standard Work Instructions that pertain to Production Planning office personnel that support TGKY's ISO / TS 16949 requirements.
*Provide training and instruction to team members.

Requirements:
*BS degree or equivalent on the job experience in related field.
*Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and JD Edwards, Future 3
*Excellent communication and organizational skills
*Ability to to prioritize workload, assignments and balance multiple tasks
*Ability to teach and and lead other team members
*Knowledge of TPS
*Planning and Scheduling methodology
*Experience in a Just in Time Automotive manufacturing environment
