Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in social work, behavioral sciences, or related field. Degree must be obtained from an accredited institution. Master's degree preferred. A minimum of three years experience in direct protective services. MUST CURRENTLY HOLD AN OHIO SOCIAL WORK LICENSE.

This is a full-time position. The candidate will provide supervision to Family Case Managers and Treatment Advocates team members. He or she is responsible for initial case planning from intake, assignment of case loads, review of case status through the term of service. The Team Leader is responsible for faciliting the professional development of team members through observations, weekly meetings, coaching, assistance to members related to court appearances, and annual performance evaluations.
Previous supervisory experience in child protection preferred. Must demonstrate a strong desire to lead in times of crisis situations. Must demonstrate a sincere commitment and ability to advocate for families. Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, required insurance and a good driving record. Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
