The Contingent Home Based Therapist Provides families with appropriate diagnostic assessment, including treatment planning and individual mental health services in the home, community and office setting. The person in this position needs to embrace a team approach to services while supporting both agency goals and co-workers. Must be able to effectively work with and be respectful and sensitive to persons from various cultures, socioeconomic, ethnic, religious and racial backgrounds.
Must demonstrate a service commitment and ability to believe in the success of each and every individual and family served and to serve as an advocate for the success of youth and families. A background and training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Expressed Arts modalities and Behavior Modification interventions preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and at least the minimum liability vehicle insurance of $100,000/$300,000 coverage. Clinical licensure preferred.
