As a new Sales Account Executive with TRCA, your day will be filled with making many calls to organizations across the nation. You will be expected to spend a majority of your time making these calls to establish new business relationships or renew inactive clients in order to generate sales opportunities. Relationship selling is the key to our success. There will always be someone with a lower price, but we pride ourselves on the service we provide our clients.
The position you are applying for deals with selling products to users of Shortel, Avaya, and other voice communications platforms. You will be establishing relationships with clients who already have platforms in place. However, there is a constant need for additional products to maintain these platforms on a regular basis. We have a history of top performing account executives that earn incomes of $100,000.00+ and we are looking for more individuals of this caliber.

High School Diploma or equivalent, college preferred.
Must have previous experience in inside sales
Must be an experienced cold caller
Must be a good listener and have a strong work ethic
Must have excellent oral and written communications skills
Ability to develop long term business relationships
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
Must be available M-F, 8-5
Must be able to demonstrate telephone skills
Average 100+ calls per day
Master the CRM (Client Relationship Management) software program and order entry program vital to your particular position
Manage daily calendar and activities proficiently
Have the ability to inform your director of what business your prospects/clients are in and all you know about them on a personal level when asked
Have the ability to show your director where you stand in your sales pipeline at anytime, and be able to do so for the future quarter
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary 25K plus commissions.
