Description: TSC Apparel is a wholesale distributor of brand name imprintable active wear. The company has been serving the imprinted sportswear, uniform and promotional products industries for over 25 years. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answer inbound customer service calls and emails from both internal and external customers
- Assist customers with returns, account and shipment inquires
- Handle escalated customer service issues
- Provide assistance and support to call center representatives
- Place orders via phone, email and fax.
- Follow up with customers regarding order status, pricing, stock availability, and shipment tracking.
- Help grow existing customer base through sales and service.
- Able to assist business in other functions as warranted
Ability to utilize operating systems and company website to enter and track orders, check inventory availability, etc.
- Good PC skills: Outlook, Excel, Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong initiative, self-motivated, sales orientated.
- Prior customer service experience
o Senior-level or Supervisor experience a plus
- Ability to create e-mails, letters or faxes with appropriate product/services required.
