Overall, it is an OK job. I have tried to move up in advancement and acquire a better salary, but i have tried too hard and ready to find a career i am proud of to work at and get paid well for my hard work. The environment is OK i must say, there is some fun and a good laugh here an there, but that is not enough. I also do not enjoy favoritism, which seems to be the thing in some restaurants. I am a manager who wishes to just do my work as best as i can and give 110% to everything i do. Another good thing is that you can truly connect with a good amount of people you work with, as it is a small area and a lot of interaction goes on. I do not wish to say anything negative, but i must say that the amount of work done in the place is not equal to pay. I just wish to get paid well and love my job.
