Worked in line meal station. Kinda boring. Management was ridged in how things were done, very assembly line oriented, little changed from day to day procedure wise. Some of the other workers were satisfied with this type of work, I found it boring, and not too challenging.

·Provide fast and friendly service to customers in a fast food environment.

·Accept payment from customers and make change as necessary.

·Request and record customers’ orders, and compute bills using cash register.

·Clean and organize eating, service, and kitchen area.

·Notify kitchen personnel of shortages and special – more...  orders.

·Prepare daily food items and cook simple foods and beverages.

·Select food items from serving areas and place them on dishes, serving trays or take out bags. – less

I enjoyed working here a lot. I was always happy to go to work. lots of energy and friendliness when you were working. The owners were kind and considerate.

Taco Del Mar was one of my favorite jobs. it was full time,decent pay, great work environment and an exellent oppertunity to advance to management.
