We are seeking an individual with prior experience in the field of property and casualty insurance. As an account manager for our organization, you would be managing a book of business in excess of $1 million.
*Assist customers with questions and requests for service on existing policies
*Develop and maintain good rapport with existing customers
*Develop and maintain good working relationships with company representatives
*Implement marketing plans on behalf of company representatives
*Sell insurance products and services to new and existing customers
*Minimum of three to five years of work experience in a personal lines environment
*Knowledge of management and rating software such as TAM, FSC and EZLynx
*Understand standard personal lines underwriting procedures
*Experience with Microsoft Office software programs such as Word and Excel
*Possess a valid California property and casualty insurance license
*Knowledge of Spanish would be helpful
