Very busy entire day, co-workers are great to work with, enjoy customer relationship, management at site location could improve.
Enjoyable part of job is communication with the customers.

Working in a clinic setting is so different than a hospital setting. It can get extremely boring at times.

Company may have been a great career choice but was bought out

Many changes happening, very difficult to go through these changes

The company benefits are terrible, we can't use our facility for healthcare if we are sick, we have to leave our work site and go to a nearby take care ready clinic to be seen. The supervisors at the BP clinic,sorry "Wellness Center", are so stiff necked in the dental department, they terminated my employment because they said I violated a policy that – more...  they could not produce to me in writing. I was never warned nor has the incident ever been presented to us before.Being that it is s new facility, i know for a fact the problem grew out of hand because i knew all of the equipment and dental programs and my office manager did not. I was able to help all employees from the front desk to the clinical office and she had to get on the phone and call tech support to find out. – less

The management is more than under pressure--they have serious issues with how to manage effectively--making this the worst place I've ever worked.

The clients and staff are great, the management tries hard with the tools that corporate gives them. The company itself leaves a lot to be desired.

I worked at their Garysburg, North Carolina site for several years until my family relocated. I loved working for the company and attempted to secure a position in the area of my relocation.
