The typical day at work was to clean desk at the start of the shift, log into all systems before shift starts and get ready to take calls. Once calls start coming through answering calls in the correct manner and help the customers as best as you can and try your level best and save the customers from leaving. Taking your break and lunches at allocated times was essentials in order to hit productivity targets. What i learned the most in this job was that no matter what mood you are in before you come to work when speaking to customer speak to them with a smile and never take anything personal. Always put yourself in the customer shoes to see how you would feel in there position. Management was really good and helpful. Not all but majority, Co workers were brilliant to work with. Cheerful and helpful.
