Talx was split between the cultures of the main startup mentaility of the main IVR company and the aquired Unemployment Compensation group. The technical cultures did not mesh.
Project management was seen as a glorified BA job and not Business Process Improvement intialive.

Excellent parent company. Poor office management. Prepare to be verbally abused by both management and coworkers. Very poor work environment. You will develop a mental illness from it. Morale is extremely low. Unethical office politics occur daily.

The employment started out great, however, when the employer lost it's main manager and only utilized two assistant manager onsite, the work environment went down hill. Favoritism plays a key roll and the atmosphere is so tense, it is uncomfortable to work in on a daily basis.
