Gained knowledge and friendships that will last a lifetime.
Account Manager / Logistics Coordinator (Former Employee), Shreveport, LASeptember 30, 2013
Working for Tango Transport was an honor. It felt like a place that I could call home, had it not been for a scheduling conflict. The company itself is very established, professional, and will continue to grow in the future.

Overall fair company to work for
Driver (Current Employee), Shreveport, LAJanuary 22, 2013
Pros: good, well maintained equipment
Cons: drivers are to follow orders and not think
Pretty good company to work for except the benefits are not that great. Poor medical insurance that you don't get until you have been there for a year. They promise you weekly home time but after you start, you find that is not the case. Home time is scheduled two weeks out but when it comes time to go home, they always want you to do one more run before – more... going home or there is no freight going that way so you don't get to go home as planned or you only get one day off instead of 48 hours. – less

nice people but lower pay
truck driver (Former Employee), Shreveport, LAJuly 16, 2012
I loved working for tango, they actually gave drivers a little respect for what they have to do. No medical insurance was a big downfall but they at least tried to keep drivers rolling. very supportive maintenance crews however not all shops were full service. Delivery area was great for the most part and products hauled were a little more timely in – more... getting unloaded/loaded. detention pay was down and allowance time long so u could not count on getting paid for downtime. But its a good company to work for and the people are nice there, I miss them. – less
