Great job environment. Very busy with emails and phone calls assisting customer orders, problems, damage, wrong item and missing parts. I have learned how to handle irate customers. Management is great, very friendly. Co-workers are great, and I work well with them. I can't really say there is a hard part to this job. I have enjoyed working for TAP and wish that they were staying in business. The most enjoyable part is the people I work with.
