I worked night shift. They were really organized and made the job go by quickly and the work got done efficiently. Not a whole lot of bad to say about this job.

Sometimes dealing with guests are hard but overall a nice place to work

Good place to work for a college student, worked with good people, loved my management. The hardest part of my job was being in that hot sun pushing carts. The most enjoyable part of the job was the customers and how I put smiles on there face.

Target started off exciting but changed when management changed. Job became very stressful and unfair in some instances. The space for advancement is slim due to the fact that management overlooks your work ethic and performance. Your annual raise is depend on the store sales not your individual work. Random act of kindness means to do something cost efficient but fun and friendly for the team.

Store opens and the guest come in to shop and return items, team members are keeping the counters clean and helping the guest. Team members go and help when called into different areas.
I learned to repair the photo lab machines when they went down, ordering photo supplies, cashiering and developing film, making cards an the kieos and print out picture.

Not all co-workers are good at team work.

The culture at Target is very good. They actually promote individuality, they don't make you shave your facial hair or weird hair style, so long as you are a clean person. I was there for 6 months before I promoted to manager and whenever I was bored with my position there was always a way to change to another one; however, without a degree you have – more...  pretty much no shot to promote into executive level even inside the store. Putting items on floor and cleaning my area. Didnt learn much. Management was efficient. Too many co-workers. Alot of people doing the same job. Hardest part was lack of hours. Most enjoyable part was seeing guests and helping them find what they need.

Very busy from 6am to 8am unloading a truck every Monday and Wednesday. It was a very fun place to work just got hot in the stockroom because it did not have any air conditioner.

the pay is not good for the work they have you doing its hard to get promoted i have a degree and i don't want to let it go to waste the best par t of the job is the teamwork and getting to go home you might get a high pay per hour but they hardly let you work if your lucky you'll get 3 days to work even doe u applied for full time work sometimes i – more...  only get one day of work how am i suppose to support my family working one day this sis so outragous – less

A typical day at work was very fun and exciting. I learned to work a register very well and the appropriate way too handle customers. The management was also great because of the help and training they gave out. My co-workers were awesome also because they friends who were but also helped out when needed. This job was very demanding for flexibility. I was part of Soft Lines which is the sales floor. My job was to fold and straighten everything in the men's and baby department. Facing shelves and stocking merchandise. Excellent customer service, and registrar service. I enjoyed the customers, and being able to help them find what they needed!

It's not very good because management is awful and salary is pathetic.

Most enjoyable part of the job is working with a great team who is helpful. The hardest part of the job is when there is not enough people on the schedule for the amount of work that is expected to be done.

Due to the overnight nature of the work, I dealt with many different personalities. I not only had to understand the many tasks that had to be performed but also make myself incredibly available all night to my staff. this also helped me develop my problem solving skills. Working overnight issues occur and they can not always wait until the morning.

on a normal day I do alot of things at Target that expands my skills i learned how to have awsome customer servie I have learne how to assist people with there needs and I have also gave ideas to help better my team

Usually come to work with a good mood and everyone there just makes me have a better mood each morning or day or night. Things I learn I work great with people and I like them and they like me. Hardest part about work not being able to stay and gain more hours because how easy and enjoyable it is.
