Medicaid Enrollment Specialist (Current Employee), Chicago, ILFebruary 26, 2015
The hardest part of the job is the odor from the detainees. Easiest part is going home at the end of the shift. Management is clueless about a typical day of work and how hard it is to remain sane.

Program Analyst III (Current Employee), Washington DCFebruary 26, 2015
Pros: work/life balance
Cons: not much advancement; lack of encouragement for growth
The work/life balance is good since the employees have the flexibility to work from home when necessary. However, in my opinion there is a lack of encouragement for growth among management to the staff.

Drug testing/case management facility that helps people in trouble for drugs.
Diversion Case Manager (Current Employee), Phoenix, AZFebruary 9, 2015
Pros: all major holidays off, bonuses @ christmas, very flexible with time off requests
Cons: no room for advancement, poor follow-up on complaints, staff oriented employment
TASC, Inc. is a non-profit organization that helps those with drug offenses and drug addictions.
TASC enrolls clients in its program every day. The clients come in for drug testing & counseling. The referrals are sent from court such as Probation, AZ Department of Corrections, Child Custody, Drug Court, CPS, etc.
With the experinces here, I have learned to be a case manager, work on court ordered files, create new programs, and help those in need to get off drugs.
The management is very understadning & caring, but has bad follow-up with interoffice issues.
The range of workers go from customer service technicians, lab technicians, accounting, case managers, court liaisons, and clinicians.
The hardest part of the job is hearing a client (whether former or current) has passed away due to their drug issues.
The most enjoyable part is hearing clients thank you for helping them get over theirs demons.

you ge tto work from home
Customer Service Representative (Current Employee), Hunt Valley, MDJanuary 30, 2015
Pros: ability to work from home
Cons: micro managed
managers micro manager the heck out of you here, especially if you work remotely, my manager borderline harassed me on a daily basis if I went to the bathroom and "took to long" their definition of long is 3 mins, company isn't as great a the lead people to believe, only work here if its temporary, they'll find any reason to terminate employment. Training is literally for 4 days and than they throw you on the phones BUT if you do something wrong you'll be held accountable for it regardless if you weren't taught how to do it

Senior Communications Consultant (Current Employee), CAJanuary 28, 2015
of the job is the work/life balance. 100% travel makes it very difficult to have a normal personal life. Not a lot of room for advancement. Very stagnant environment and complacency. Perks of the job are all the travel benefits. A lot of expectations on the employee to gain more business avenues.

good great excellent
Spying has always been a threat to organizations or individuals. The definition of spying is the when a government agency, company/firm or individual obtains information considered secret or confidential without the permission of the holder of the information. Once technology advanced it changed the ways that people were able to spy. Now there is cyber spying. Cyber spying is the act or practice of obtaining secrets without the permission of the holder of the information (personal, sensitive, proprietary or of classified nature), from individuals, competitors, rivals, groups, governments and enemies for personal, economic, political or military advantage using methods on the Internet, networks or individual computers through the use of cracking techniques and malicious software including Trojan horses and spyware. This paper will discuss several cyber spying cases on organizations and government agencies. I will also discuss the future of cyber spying.

People work with passion but the culture feels old. People are kind, but most of them have been working there for a long period of time, so breaking through ideas are hard to sell.

Active Geospatial Analyst (Former Employee), Augusta, GADecember 22, 2014
The overall company was great. But my regional team and management were a bad representation of TASC. In Augusta, GA

The job itself was enjoyable. But the stress that middle management gave was not worth it for me to continue working for this company.

Medical Collection
Collection Manager (Former Employee), Texarkana, TXNovember 16, 2014
Pros: talking to different clients
Cons: not collecting on past due accounts. no benefits, and job can end at any time.
This company, has no benefits, one set salary, and you make your money from commisions. The worst part of collecting for company, is collecting from accounts that doesn't have any insurance, and clients doesn't have any funds to pay collected insurance accounts. Typical day at work, are collecting past due accounts, follow up, calling over 100 accounts a day to receive payments, on past due medical accounts.
