Managment is very bad. If you are really in need of a job then you can start here. Otherwise, this place gives you no room to advance and you will learn nothing. The only two pros I can think of: okay office space and great co-workers.

It is basically a engineering job which one has to coordinate project with customer and vendors. Reviewing and Approving engineering documents from vendors and communicate with clients and OEM vendors regarding instruments.

I really enjoyed the people that worked there. If you ever had a question on anything all you had to do was ask and someone would get you the answer.

TATA IS BEST COMPANY FOR SERVICE,SALES AND EMPLOYER FIELD.

Every Day is a learning Day.

We need to call Customer and visit,up-, regarding the Insurance Policy.
I had a 5 member team, they used to visit the Customer and sell Insurance Policy.

i have experience with all feild job holders learn sales, tellecalling, counciling, and managing the customers and the peoples........

To train the employee and working staff of DIESL regarding upcoming new practices of 3PL system and warehousing operations.

Had been with TALIC for near about 5 yr's , and learned so many thing's during the tenure. The over all culture of the organisation is employee friendly .

i learned dc motor, ac motor, transformer, switchgear equipments, transmission and distribution system

Good management, good team work, sometimes huge worklaod. Well at fun activities like Olympic, singing painting competition . It is a safe secured job. Good for other benefits except salary like medical, leave encashment,PF, loan if required.

A great learning experience and a place were freshers are welcomed.

I liked working at the TATA steel works because I learnt a lot of new things what I can take into another job. I am a very hard worker and I always get the job done in the period of time what they have gave me. Everyone was really friendly had we had a laugh but we always got on with the work what they told us to do.There was no hard part of the job – more... i learned to manage a team .my co-workers and management were very supportive.the hardest part was to always recruit the correct person because sometime we failed to recruit the correct one.enjoyable part ,my team performance and activity ratio when turned up to the mark.
