About The Job
As a member of the TRG marketing team, the Integrated Marketing Manager will be responsible for helping to develop, implement and measure the communication strategies and programs set forth by the Director of Communications. Programs include digital marketing, social media, reputation management, promotional campaigns, events, creative design and public relations. This position reports directly to the Communications Director and will focus on consumer relations and communication.

Key Individual Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage e-marketing initiatives for TRG including monthly newsletters & campaigns with a goal of increasing membership for each location.
  • Manage TRG reputation on social user review & referral sites such as Yelp, Urban Spoon, Trip Advisor, Open Table and Google Plus. Maintain restaurant listings, monitor and respond as needed with a goal of creating an online community & increasing our relevance on these sites
  • Manage guest feedback and communication through the website
  • Manage relationships and communication with multiple restaurant managers and directors of operations
  • Creative design or oversight as needed
  • Assist Director of Communications with projects as needed
  • Light travel may be required

Key Collaborative Duties And Responsibilities

  • Work with team to develop and execute all promotional campaigns & events set forth by the Director of Communications and the Executive Team
  • Blog writing & video creation
  • Work with restaurant teams on local events & promotions
  • Coordinate all publicity with restaurant chefs, managers and directors of operations as assigned
  • Manage communication and relationships with community partners
  • Manage advertising sales calls and submit valuable and effective proposals to the Director of Communications

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications or equivalent professional experience
  • 2 + years professional experience in communications field
  • Solid understanding of social media and the digital landscape
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Keen understanding of brand positioning and ability to deliver consistent tone/voice and brand experience
  • Experience with customer service and community relations
  • Organization and planning
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to frequent change
  • Ability to remain calm, assess priorities and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative, positive-minded individual; ability to work in team structure
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; specifically Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of Adobe creative programs; specifically Photoshop, Illustrator
