Worked for TBC and company has lost touch with traditional family values. No sense of what a family needs to succeed. I personally know of a 16 year manager that had a stroke and died and no upper management went to the funeral of even sent flowers. This is just 1 of the ongoing problems on why they cannot keep employees. To increase profits they are cutting benefits and bonuses of employees and using all tools possible to keep all employees working longer hours with less pay.
