I would arrive early and begin filing, then I would begin answering calls from clients. I really enjoyed working at this company, we all thought we would retire there. The most challenging part was when I received an inadequate response from a branch employee when asking them to look for a customer's package at their branch. The most rewarding times were locating a customer's payroll, or their loan docs.
