Not a work place you will be happy with.
Project Manager (Current Employee) – El Dorado, KS – August 23, 2015
On any given day you will be told you are dishonest, way below standards, not giving enough of your personal time to the company and/or your 30 minute lunch lasted 31 minutes.
Small companies with owners who are passionate about what they do, may be terrible managers.
Due to management having no idea how to lead a team of adults, the general manager is a middle school football coach, the rules you need to follow change at least once a month. Next month you might be questioned, loudly, why you are doing things the way you were told to last month, or even yesterday.
Minimal chance for internal advancement. You may be hired for one thing and get placed in a different position. All training is OTJ and when you make a mistake it is because you didn't follow orders (that you were never given).
I get sick to my stomach and my stress level is VERY high on Sunday afternoon because I am worried about going back to work here. Even those who are succeeding know the rules are BS and cheat their way around them.
I have never seen anyone get fired.
Several people wish they would get fired.
