A typical day working at TCI is coming in and talking to our customer in a respectful and professional way on the phones, figuring out the problem that our customers are having and solving the problem the best way we can. What i learned working at TCI is that in order to understand the problem the customers are having to actually put yourself in the there shoes and in there situation. The management at TCI are amazing they would got above and beyond to help our customers.My Co-workers are exactly the same we would do anything to help our customers the best way we know how. with exceptional service without exception. One of the hardest part about working at TCI is not able to satisfy a customer because of the company's rules. The most enjoyable part of TCI is turning a bad situation into a good and make our customers happy.
