This place is disorganized and management and one of the small owners really needs an overhaul. They constantly encourage employees to go onto internet sites and write positive reviews. This really isn't necessary for processing people and operations,because most of these people would not be in positions on the same level at more reputable companies. That's a problem for working with your customers. It's a revolving door for sales people whom actually produce. During your stay they need to learn that screaming and throwing a tantrum really doesn't motivate anyone who is a mature adult. Responses to objections need to be revamped not to sound so car salesman like. The contract is really bad and if customers ask to see it, they always go with competitors. The worst thing is they require you to allow them to monitor your personal cell phone. If you're a quality candidate I can assure you there are much better opportunities out there!
