Management did there best to hit goals and keep standards at acceptable level.
The hardest part of my job would be having to terminate employees or take disciplinary action.
I loved being able to take on different roles in the company. I manned to front office when they were out, did training classes, trained as a supervisor to manage leads and watch floor. I was able to decorate the branch, actually make calls to customers, run errands and even attend classed to help improve my coaching, management and communication skill.
