Productive & fun place. Very fast paced.
Managing Director (Former Employee), Jersey City –
Spread across various locations in the US. Owned 40+% by TD BANC. Work day is generally 8 hrs, but could require more hours. Mostly a congenial place to work. The hardest part of the job is that its very fast paced. Enjoyable part of the job is general independance.

Company is attempting to copy Schwab and Fidelity. No real unique initiative of their own.

The company is in pure client asset aqusition and micro managed from the top. Mangement is very hands off regarding employees success. Very very high turnover, burnout and low moral.
