Horrible place to work
Customer Service/Operations (Former Employee), Roanoke, TXJuly 26, 2015
Pros: Community service
Has to be the worst place I have ever worked. Management is horrible. Always looking over your shoulder, timeing every call, monitoring calls, cannot make friends or speak to anyone you work with (they call it desk surfing). Hold time for customers is sooooo long because they cannot keep employees and their pay is the worst I have seen in 10 years in the lending industry. They are so pro gay that they give promotions to gay personnel before the people with many years more experience.

Pros: great people and environment
Cons: department shut down
Working at TDAF was a good experience. I was not there long due to some personal circumstances, however soon after I was out, I heard my department shut down completely. That was unfortunate.

Management is horrible
Collections Representative I (Current Employee), Westlake, TXMay 19, 2015
Pros: Benefits and vacation time beats competitors
Cons: bonus quarterly instead of monthly and managements stresses you out more than the job itself.
it's really not a bad place to work customer wise but the management is rough and creates a far more stressful work environment for you. but there's a committee for everyone there. very helpful around the community. They care about putting more money in their own pockets than they do about their employees.

Seasoned Business Analyst with about 8 years of experience in Finance, Health care and E-Commerce industries and successful implementations in Informa
Business Analyst (Current Employee), Farmington Hills, MINovember 25, 2014
The purpose of this system is to receive sales process for vehicles that have been sold at action and update various TDAF systems with sales data.
The Auctions Cash System processes sale data from U.S. and Canadian auctions. Money and data from the U.S. actions arrive at TDAF via an ACH file from TD Bank. The details are sent to WebAms for Verification within the Remarketing database. The information is then sent tp Auction Cash for further processing

TDAF has built a good culture for employees. The only downside would be the amount of change that the company undergoes regularly. Will keep you on your toes.

People are great. Management lazy and compensation terrible.
In order to move up you will have to move to the Northeast or Canada because no one in Texas will leave.
