Over the years I have learned quite a bit at the bank while working my way up. I value the time I have spent there, the people I have met and the education I have received, Those things are invaluable to me. The hardest part about the job and organization is feeling your opinion counts and you have a voice. Policy sometimes gets in the way of productivity.
