Member Service Representative (Former Employee) –  New York, NYNovember 27, 2013
TRS is a decent place to work. As for the call center it's ok the Manger she's to be desired, extremely unprofessional and she favors certain representatives. If she doesn't like you she'll go out of her way to be nice to you. Assistant manager and one of the team leaders are the best to learn from they have a lot of knowledge of the system. Don't ask the manage because she only knows how to work the phone system. And if you do ask for help she pass it off to the team leader but then claim that she did the leg work to her superior. Non-managerial staff are great and they help anytime they can.
There is a lot to learn there and it's beneficial. Your to day work can vary the phone calls are never the same let alone the members you talk to.
Pros
benefits, colleagues, education, own desk, decent pay.
Cons
favoritism, unprofessional

I was the responsable of manteing of inventories of all applications that install en the systems. Too contribute ti answer auditing reports from internal & external agencies.
The management gaves you the confident that your suggestions can be put in practice. The part of hardest of the job was ended the task in the assigments dates. When works with the Auditing is answer all deficiencies that can be corrected have the correct information.

Too participate as Technology Trainner, and the most enjoyable for me was can teachs about the computers systems and the people end the course with nw knowledge that have different when begin take the course.
