In my opinion the company is hard to learn a trade if you dont already have one. They dont keep you people to learn from. It's hard t find out who to talk to. You have to go through so many people to get a job.
Physically demanding but overall fairly easy to learn.

High demands physically and mentally. Fairly easy to learn due to great training which is provided by the company for free. Hard to advance but job security is not a worry. Management is hard to communicate with but overall positive environment to work in.
Team is a great place to work and I would go back to work for them at any place any time. I have learned a lot from them and have met a lot of great People and still have friends that still work there and consider them my family.
Employee of another contractor (Current Employee) – Wood River, IL – July 14, 2016
Owners have everyone scared for their job that the employees do unsafe acts. Saw one of the employees fall 30 ft out of a pipe rack to the road at wood River refinery, the other employees scooped him up and hauled him out hoping Phillips 66 wouldn't find out. No harness, trying to make others look bad by getting more work done at any cost. This company is a joke!
Overall good company to work for. You may not get the pay you want, but it's above average.Worked for Team several years and can say from travel arrangements to out of state projects, to accessing your info on the Company's Employee self portal site(ADP). It's almost flawless. They simplify things, so you can concentrate on what you do best in the field. No,not sleep. Execute safe work practices in the field and get the job done!
