Team industries is a pretty clean place to work, and the employees are nice to work with.
The management needs to be a little more compassionate about their employees and their needs.
They are willing to force a position on a employee and it the employee doesn't want the position, they can easily quit.

Overall, I think that Team industries is a good place to work if you like repetitive movement throughout a 12 hour shift.

Attention to detail is a must, as producing bad parts does not look great on you as a worker.

The work itself is fairly relaxed, and the people you meet there are very helpful.

If you are working in the late months of summer, expect to get a lot of extra hours.
