Los Angeles based Seminar Company seeking marketing director and sales people.

Individuals living in Los Angeles are preferred but those living out of state will be considered too
as most of the business will be
done via phone anyway.

Commission based salary
100-150k annually.

Develop and run a sales team or be part of a sales team.
To procure Fortune 100 or 500 company clients and/or individuals to attend our seminars or to host in office seminars, as well as medium and small companies that qualify.

Right now companies and individuals are struggling and they are dire need of motivation and sales and leadership trainings to help them increase their production in whatever line of work they are in, so that they increase profits, as well as bringing more work harmony to the workplace.

If you are interested in personal growth as well as sales / leadership trainings or personal & business coaching, this may be the perfect job for you and very rewarding. Even if your not interested in those trainings for yourself, you may find this job very rewarding financially for you and rewarding to your pride for helping companies succeed.

Skills required for the job are:

Good people skills
Good phone sales ability

Good sales person
Good communicator
College degree not required.
Any other languages are a plus but not required.
Enjoy talking to people and helping others succeed.
Flexible in ways of communication to fit all different personality types.
We will provide some of this training for you to become even better at communication, however we are interested in people already well skilled in communication.
Someone who can come from their heart, so clients feel we truly care about them and want them to succeed.
Experience with web sites, internet, social media is a big plus.

There is no cap on income,
the sky is not even the limit!

Flexible schedule Mon-Sun
however two mandatory meetings near to downtown LA to go over goals etc and quick daily calls to share results and progress.
If out of state meetings will be via the phone.

May need to attend a 3 day training at least once, in order to effectively know and understand what is taught and how we teach it. This will give you an even better ability to sell the seminars to companies or individuals because you will have seen first hand what it is and experienced them.
