Seasonal work leaves random hours based on projections from previous years. Management worked well with employees on training however did not focus on improvements for seasonal employees since a good chance many would be released after the holiday season.

Fun work environment - company is always re-inventing itself which is challenging but enjoyable. Business follows the up's and down's of the economy which makes it a little hard on the nerves.

You are worked really hard for not a whole lot of pay, nor a good opportunity for good pay later. The benefit packages are really good though so you don't have to worry about heath related bills as much. The management rarely gets involved with the day to day work which makes it frustrating when they dictate to the employees.

Always kept employees informed with productivity and Executive members always maintained contact through company events.

My typical day at Teamwork was to sign in my computer check emails, which were always important, plug in headset, and help supply customers with the best customer service possible as they place product orders.Managers and supervisors we very friendly yet direct when it came to work related issues, but I really enjoyed myself.

high-volume calls for about 4 hours straight.
