Duties:

As a member of the IT financial applications team, the Applications Administrator is responsible for operating, optimizing & supporting all SaaS finance and HR related applications including HRIS (Workday), Equity Edge Online, ADP, Concur, and other add-on SaaS solutions as well as Data Warehouse ETL support for Dynamics AX (ERP) and TM1 . The SBAA serves as the primary contact between the organization and external partners providing technical implementation, integration and support to end users

Application administration

Perform system administration tasks and integration support for HRIS and its integration to other SaaS solutions including Workday, Equity Edge Online, ADP, Concur, and the related HR and financial applications
Perform structured and documented post-change system testing, enhancing tests as needed when new functionality is added
Assist in user security management and segregation of duties including security role development and audit reports generation
Collaborate with developers, network engineers, system engineers, internal customers, and financial applications team and assist in the software development release cycle

Datawarehouse ETL

Support enterprise data warehouse ETL by writing scripts, maintaining customizations and integration points that move data in and out of AX, TM1 (Cognos), and other HR and finance related systems and databases
Assist with the optimization of systems, processes and reports

Process and Documentation

Create and maintain application and other IT documentations, manuals, and procedures
Develop in-house knowledge repository for issue resolutions
Take an active role in challenging and suggesting enhancements on existing processes and workflow
Other duties as assigned

Skills:

Work Experience:

At least 5 years’ experience in SaaS solutions integration in development or supporting role
Experience working with financial systems and HRIS including Workday, Equity Edge Online, ADP, Concur, Dynamics AX, TM1, and the related HR and financial applications
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, relational database, integration tools, data warehouse, ETL, file transfer (MFT), Informatica, and Master Data Management (MDM)
Familiar with various workday integration types including PICOF, SI (Studio Integration), EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), DT (Document Transformation)

Functional/Technical Knowledge & Skills (including any required proficiency for particular computer programs or applications, if applicable):

5+ years’ software/application analysis, integration, support, or development experience for SaaS applications including Workday, Equity Edge Online, ADP, Concur, TM1, AX, and the related HR and financial applications
Experience with various workday integration types including PICOF, SI (Studio Integration), EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), DT (Document Transformation)
Strong SSIS development skills with experience automating and moving data in and out between applications, MFT, Informatica, Master Data Management (MDM)
Require hands on technical knowledge of: SQL, C#,.NET, SOAP
Good documentation skills, design specs, test scripts, training document, etc.

Customer & Industry Knowledge:

Experience in FDA-regulated industry preferred

Finance, business or technology related BA/BS preferred
