Role: Project/Resource Analyst
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Duration: 6 Months
Need LOCAL Candidates. Should be able to go In person interview after Phone Screen.
Need candidates with more of an Analyst background rather than Management.
Should be strong in resource management/analyst
Should have PDWare software experience
Project/Resource Analyst with strong Resource Management skills
Facilitate resource planning and analysis of functions/departments. Partner with resource analyst team to execute and monitor resource management by functions and by projects.
Identify and monitor resource forecasting vs. actual performance metrics. Analyze and present trends and recommendations to peers, the core team, and senior management. Contribute to or lead teams through process improvement initiative.
Seek out and engage regularly with peers, creating an environment of exchange and learning. Openly share successes, challenges, and failures to promote the team’s collective learning and overall improvement. Participate in and drive adoption of lessons learned practices.
Partner as a team member to drive the Neuro resource management process and guidelines. Seek, enter and analyze information from all cross-functional sources to understand the trends and what activities need to be accomplished (including who, how, duration, effort).
PDWare, Spotfire, and Excel skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Process Management, Organizational Leadership, Information Technology, Engineering or other Bachelors degree.
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, listening) with all levels of the organization. Ability to facilitate team meetings, create and deliver presentations, and drive meetings to action-oriented decisions. Ability to communicate difficult and sensitive information tactfully and confidently
Results oriented. Ability to drive to completion in adherence to aggressive project schedules.
Identifies and resolves issues in a proactive, creative, and timely fashion.
Excellent understanding of data analytic and statistical tools, capable of explaining the underlying concepts and principles
