A hard working environment where you will be moved from team to team
offsite contractor (Former Employee), Alpharetta, GA – March 20, 2015
Pros: worked with people, trained people
Cons: not much security in the team you worked at
I would go into work, some times 8 - 12 hours a day and complete as many tickets as I possibly could. I would give it my all. Sometimes that was not enough and they would move me to another team for budget reasons. I liked the fact that they trained me in the beginning. Although most of what I learned in training I did not use in the workplace. I think it would have been better for them to just train us in things that we would be doing in the workplace such as more unix, perl, sql, and ruby training.

I've learnt a lot during my stay in Techmahindra. Apart from all the technical knowledge I've gathered while working for big clients like AT&T the biggest thing I learnt is resource management. Tech Mahindra has taught me to deal with crisis in a very professional way.
