Associate Business Analyst (Current Employee), Irving, TX – October 6, 2012
I've learnt a lot during my stay in Techmahindra. Apart from all the technical knowledge I've gathered while working for big clients like AT&T the biggest thing I learnt is resource management. Tech Mahindra has taught me to deal with crisis in a very professional way.

L0 Network Engineer (Current Employee), Pune – July 31, 2014
Many tasks will be have to be handled at a single time and since working in a telecommunication field, the amount of pressure is really too high. Many things have been learnt from there ,apart from the process which has to be followed. Among them ,the main point is how to deal with pressure.Management is the part which has really changed this project – more... ,which if could have handled well should have been a really good one. Many employees have to leave also due to this reason. Co-workers are there for you always and as the board displays in the floor ,they are your real strength. The hardest part of the job is to make changes to the process which changes day by day,and which has no certainty. it all depends on the comfort. The most enjoyable part is that it gives you a proud feeling that you are working in a GNOC floor. – less
