As far as call centers go, this is a smaller one, which is good. You work on campaigns, in teams, for coordinated team leaders. They have some really good communication within the local branch, that was probably my favorite quality in the management. If not for a disgruntled team leader sometimes making others miserable, and an instance of corporate showing no flexibility despite pleas from the local management...I would have given them 5 stars in the "Management" category. It's a contract-based company, so don't expect to work year-round or a regular shift. If you need some temp work, or are just looking for a side job though, definitely give them a try.
