All the ingredients are there as far as capabilities, but there is no sharing culture, so what happens in one region does not get communicated to other regions. As a result, there are no stories that illustrate for clients what makes Technologent different. There is very little differentiation from other IT resellers. There are no landing pages to leverage when I ran my own ads and email campaigns. There are no sales promotions. Training is limited to product training.
