A normal day at work would contains:
- handling reports on going projects and the need of project managers
-discussion with the senior system engineers on new projects
-contacting vendors in order to negotiate prices for the items included in the new proposal that would be submitted to our clients
-meetings with new or existing suppliers/partners
-process – more... and screen different projects which includes supplying Dell products
I learned how to mange and conduct B2B relations, and meetings. Moreover, I learned how to work within teams from different backgrounds in order to achieve goals of the project within limited time frame.
I would see some lack of management in the company which was the reason for me to leave. The previous company increased my interest in management due to its weak management.
