Not for everyone
Field Sales Representative (Current Employee), N/AOctober 15, 2013
- Typical day at work: go into a Home Depot and sell, merchandise, create relationships to get more in-store real-estate
- What I learned: That I have a stronger work ethic than I though because I put in long hours for what seemed pointless
- Management: I got lucky with my managers. Both my manager and regional manager are great
- Co-workers: young and fun but you rarely see them. The Home Depot employees are more your "co-workers"
- Hardest part: its a humbling job for someone who just came out of college ready to apply what they learned
- Most enjoyable part: flexibility
