- 3+ years experience in a business/IT setting
- 3+ years experience in sales including building and expanding relationships with clients and ability to close sales.
- 70% of the role will be generating new accounts .
- 30% of the role will be screening candidates, working as a liaison between candidate and client and maintaining existing relationships
- Proven success at cold calling and prospecting.
- Time management and organizational skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication and listening skills.
- Collaborative team player capable of consistent high activity and results focused
- Experience working in a recruiting agency
- Bachelors degree in Marketing/Management/Business or Related
- Aptitude for technology.
