Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in a business/IT setting
  • 3+ years experience in sales including building and expanding relationships with clients and ability to close sales.
  • 70% of the role will be generating new accounts .
  • 30% of the role will be screening candidates, working as a liaison between candidate and client and maintaining existing relationships
  • Proven success at cold calling and prospecting.
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Collaborative team player capable of consistent high activity and results focused

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a recruiting agency
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing/Management/Business or Related
  • Aptitude for technology.
