The vast majority of our positions are technical in nature and involve specialized equipment. Our R&D and testing labs are state of the art. Some professional positions allow for flexible schedules or are remote positions, such as business development. We recognize the need of our colleagues to manage personal situations and do our best to accommodate those requests.

It depends on the position. Positions in the plant can take up to 3 weeks from first interview to start date because of the length of time the background check takes. For professional positions, time from interview to offer can take longer because of travel schedules, background checks and resignation period. We want the best talent on board as quickly as possible, but we never want to rush a decision as important as this.

We ask all interested applicants to apply directly to a desired position on our careers site. First stage may be a phone interview with a Talent Acquisition Consultant, followed by an in person interview, and possibly a 2nd in person interview, if selected as a finalist. Although it's important to note, the process may vary by position and department.

Our minimum qualification is a high school diploma or GED; however, educational qualifications are specific to each position. You can find the requirements at the bottom of our job descriptions.

I dread going to work everyday because I never know what to expect when I get there. My work area is almost always in poor condition. I do not get broke out when needed. I do not have a set lunch break. I have to eat when I have the opportunity.
