Position Objective:

We are seeking an experienced Start-Up Project Administrator. The Start-Up Project Administrator coordinates development of new business opportunities consistent with the corporate business and marketing plans. This involves collaboration with other start-up staff, all Corporate departments and funding/regulatory agencies. This individual is chiefly responsible for clinical program development, building program teams and conducting orientations for new programs.

Qualifications:

- Four (4) years of experience in an administrative management position in a health care setting, three years of which had responsibility for supervision of professional staff, budgeting, program planning and licensing, is required.
-A current professional license is required.
-A Masters is preferred (year-for-year Administrator experience may be substituted for M.A.)
-Necessary skills include practical knowledge of psychiatric inpatient programs, community mental health, and the state mental health system, working knowledge of state funding and Medi-Care systems, familiarity with CARF and JCAHO is preferred.
-Significant travel is required; must have a valid driver's license and a driving record that is acceptable to Telecare's insurers.
-Applicant must be fingerprinted and receive clearance from the Department of Justice.
