OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
TWSI is seeking a hands-on, entrepreneurial Outside Sales Representative who will lead and growth his/her field territory. Responsible for the sales development in the retail environment and the delivery of products in the assigned territory through training and developing sales personnel, setting goals, and ensuring proper execution of marketing programs. The most outstanding members of our sales team are effective at territory field sales (POS), cold calling, networking, and other sales tactics of the local market.
Candidate will own Retail Execution and lead the development of their markets with a proven ability to develop performance and deliver upon Company objectives. Candidate has an excellent prospecting and close track record in outside sales and demonstrates the ability to prospect, close and manage merchant.
- Expected to drive maximum sales productivity by developing a strong retail sales for new business
- Sell products and services to defined target markets.
- Meet or exceed defined sales goals and standards for business development performance set by management.
- Identify and communicate potential 3rd Party partnership opportunities for future business.
- Attend team sales meetings, conferences, trade shows as requested.
- Ensure all stores are properly stocked with relevant products and work with Field Promotions.
- Manager on all promotional, in store events to build awareness of products.
- Other duties will be assigned
- Minimum of 1 years of sales experience, outside Sales experience a plus.
- Experience face-to-face, outside sales experience a plus. PIN-less service and prepaid calling cards sells a plus but not necessary.
- Spanish and English fluency.
- Valid driver's license and car insurance.
- Job location Area: South Miami, Miami and Broward - Florida.
- Based salary + aggressive commission which include lifetime residuals.
