A typical day at work is smooth once you get a custom to the work. I learned how to read blueprints propely, i learn how to square,level,and use a tape measument. I learn how to MIG weld at a fast pace. The management is ok.The co-workers there is very helpful and look out for you. The hardest part is to learn at a fast pace with very little room for error. The most enjoyable part about work is the welding. I love to weld

Goals can changes at times weekly which reflect upper management lack of a long-term plan which is very frustrating for a planner like myself. But if you can put up the constant change and almost no freedom to act on your intuition, then you might be able to tolerate Telect.
Benefits are below average and no pay raises at Telect for years now.
